To be fair, our position in understandable, as is Nantes too.
Not wanting to trivialise the tragedy by comparison, but if you had bought a rare Ferrari for £15 million, and the delivery driver totals it because the truck he was using to transport it wasn't road worthy, taxed, insured AND the driver wasn't licenced to drive it, you'd definitely be looking at them for reimbursement.
The person or business you bought it off would still want paying too, even if there had been a minor discrepancy with the paperwork.
The scumbag agent who is ultimately responsible along with his dodgy mate who ran the air company.
