So what will happen now? Is that the case over? Will Tan appeal? Will Tan sell the club?
Surely it’s time to call an end to it all.

Tan surely wouldn’t have pursued this claim without being advised there were good prospects of success. The inference from the lawyer was they advised it was a good case as she states she “deeply regrets” the outcome. It seemed to objectively be a highly speculative claim.

For it to be dismissed and having to pay £400k costs and ‘moral damages’ and their own costs is rubbing salt in the wound.

An appeal process would take 2 years. Knowing Tan as we do it wouldn’t be surprising if he went on with this.

Wonder what the investors who pitched in £12m to the legal fund for this claim (presumably for a wedge of the £100m) on the basis it was a winnable claim think now they’ve not got a penny back

There's probably a sub agreement to turn it into more loans in the event of VT not winning.
