I can only assume that you have been sniffing varnish or something SH, as you are not making the slightest sense.

You seem to find yourself becoming increasingly confused, you should get out more. Maybe try something more stimulating than a trip to the bread shop. There is a whole world outside the enclave. Beware of the masses of far right supporters once you leave the village. :bandit:

Thank you for your advice. I will be joining with a mixture of nationalities at a delightful French restaurant tomorrow for a superb Sunday dinner. I am always happy to join with others who have a broad knowledge of the world, rather than a narrow view of life. I could suggest that you might find it comfortable in your local Spoons, but then your knowledge of decent French life is long forgotten.

It is obvious to most that knows anything about Irish history a united Ireland still remains the priority for Irish politicians. With the forthcoming EU interference in Irish tax affairs Ireland may well decide to join the UK out of thew control of Brussels.
Where are the grammar police when you need them <doh>

Thousands of Britons are regularly using online forums that espouse right wing extremism, which is why MI5 has taken over investigating them from the police. The security services are currently investigating potential contact between the Christchurch gunman and UK right wing extremists. If you are happy with that SH say so, but if not you might consider that a similar bunch of thugs are being prodded into action by Le Pen.

Hopefully you will meet up with the many ex-pats who fully support Brexit. Thankfully I left France well before it turned into its current poor state, extreme politics, high unemployment, weekly riots on the streets of many cities.

The big difference is that you have millions of extreme far right 'thugs' who are likely to dominate your European elections. Your prediction that Le Pen was finished after the last election has been proved completely wrong. Support for the so called 'middle ground' of French politics has completely evaporated, leaving the two extremes to dominate.

Thankfully I have never met a Brexit supporting ex-pat. Also we do not have a press that reports opinion rather than fact. It is quite funny to read some of the UK press putting forward stories that some actually believe. Do you really think that being a follower of St. Mogg will actually be of personal benefit to you?

I'm sure the French press report on the rise of the country's growing far right support, continued very high unemployment, and surging unpopularity of Macron's government. Plenty of urgent topics for your dinner party.

Like Brexit supporting ex-pats you can always pretend they don't exist. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Have you been looking at some of your Lewis Carroll favourites again. You are in some strange place where you tell me what I read everyday, without you even understanding the language. Your admission by the way. Beyond belief.

It sounds like a mad hatters Brexit losers party tomorrow :emoticon-0102-bigsm :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm<party>

It is a real shame that there are still people around, even if they are now in a minority, who can only point to something that happened years ago as a justification for what should happen today. How many times has a party gone into government on a manifesto that they find is not the right thing to do a year or two later, and abandon? Pragmatic politics is something that people can understand, even if they do not agree with a change in policy. To simply say that because something was thought to be right some time ago before all the problems were uncovered should be continued, despite it being bad for the country, is simplistic. Why are laws changed? Generally to take account of a new set of circumstances, something that SH argues should never happen.

You clearly know bugger all. A united Ireland is nowhere near the Dail's priorities.

A united Ireland remains the long term goal, obviously the eurocrats planned attack on the Irish corporation tax rates is most worrying for them.
For who? Sinn Fein obviously but not the others. You really do not know what you are talking about on this issue. There is no real appetite in Dublin for a united Ireland.
