Tonight we can all clearly see just how big the chaos is that exists in the Tory government. 188 Tories voted against the Government’s motion in the name of the Prime Minister, while only 112 Tory MPs supported it. Astonishing to see the Brexit secretary vote against the government's preferred course.

The government has been forced into applying to the EU to delay Brexit. There is no certainty that is what she will be offered , it could be for a 3 month period , a 4 year period, or not at all. The EU are fed up this problem, but there is still no indication of what the UK wants, still just what they don't want. Just like the country as a whole, totally split.

The EU should teach those naughty Brexiteers that demand release from their club a lesson. They should refuse any extension to the planned date of Freedom Day.

When will this mythical day be? Seeing as your government fails at every turn, I doubt they will even get something about a new date sorted, resulting in Article 50 being rescinded.
I see that your favourite news source is saying that the delay is a great victory for the PM. I expected you to come along and join in with the congratulations.

Opps...probably have so much to vote on that is muddles their heads.

And I think all 27 countries have to agree to the extension so how likely is that as clearly aren't in their good books!

I read somewhere that if another referendum were held and everyone voted as they did before, Remain would win because the vast majority of people who have died since the last vote were Leave supporters.

Yes there was a date in January described as the crossover day because of the death numbers.

And yet the other night you said that the EU's opinion was not for consideration. Maybe you should consider being a Tory MP - they change their minds every day too.

What is absolutely amazing in all this is that May's same deal can be voted on 3 times in Parliament - until she gets the right result. Amendments can have the wording slightly changed and appear several times - and, when the result goes wrong, we are told that it was non binding anyway. Yet it is apparently 'undemocratic' to let the people vote more than once !

"Philip Hammond is leading government talks with the Northern Irish DUP in a bid to win their support for Theresa May’s Brexit deal."

"With the Conservative party’s confidence and supply deal with the DUP coming up for review, the chancellor’s involvement indicates there could be a financial incentive to back the plan."

I am sure that the DUP are far too principled to accept bribes, and the government wouldn't wish to be accused of being run by 10 bigots.

Elected DUP MPs doing the best for their constituents is simply their job.

You're quick to jump on the labour anti semitism stuff but clearly have no problem with your lot jumping into bed with MPs who regard people like me and a couple of others on this forum in much the same way as Hitler regarded Jews. Have a word with yourself ffs.

So you have no problem with being ruled by this mob? Maybe the big red bus should have had DUP on the side rather than NHS.

We are not ruled by DUP MPs, they represent the majority in Northern Ireland. They have every right to put the interest of their constituents first. They also respect the referendum result which you seem unable to.
