Wants more England caps and wants to stay at Southampton and achieve something here. Feels himself and the club have mirrored each other and grown in sync with one another.
He wants to have more children with his wife, and when they grow up he wants them to be proud of him, playing for Southampton in his 30s. He is targeting European competition and wants to make the England squad for the Denmark friendly in March before continuing his development.
The England call up was the pinnacle of his career so far, but he rates his greatest and proudest moments as being those spent with Arthur and his family. He has enjoyed the journey the club has been on and believes there is plenty more to come.
