If it's happening....and there are very conflicting reports.....we'd better have something else lined up or FSG will be in for some abuse.

This entire transfer window has gone from very promising To a debacle.

So a usual LFC window then lol.

We could buy Messi, Suarez and Varane and still somehow get to the end of the window and make it disappointing lol

I wonder if we're waiting until after 2nd leg against Hoffenheim to do our summer transfer buying activity.

Doesn't leave much time and will mean this is a transition year because new players won't be settled yet.

It's quite funny reading if it's negative about our club must be true. But if it's positive it's just speculation.

I've no idea what rumours to believe. I do know we haven't signed a centre-back or a defensive mid and yet we've sold Lucas.

I do know we haven't signed Keita and unlikely we will.

I do know that if we sell Coutinho we have no replacement yet.

Just seen this. Looks like a verbal deal was agreed but Everton tried to re negotiate.

Yep, sounds like we've been a bit cheeky at the death after agreeing a fee verbally ffs. This being leaked is obviously an attempt to push us into a long awaited conclusion to this saga. If that piece is right (and they seemed convinced which tells me it's come from Swansea) then the difference is £5m

I see Gylfi staying now tbh. By all accounts he's been doing double training sessions to get his fitness up to scratch.
