Mirror claim that Liverpool have agreed a £26 million fee for Gremio striker Luan ahead of a potential summer move to bring the Brazilian to Anfield to join up with his compatriots Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho in the Liverpool attack. Luan could follow in the footsteps of Lucas Leiva in making the switch between the clubs.
The 24-year-old has scored three goals in as many games in the Copa Libertadores this season and has caught the eye with his movement and sharp finishing. Capable of playing on both the left wing and in a central striker role, it’s thought that talks between the player and the club are now imminent.
