Howe now saying that Newcastle are controlled by PSR and that is why they have failed to sign anyone. I beg to differ. They could have accepted a huge bid and big profit on Isak early in the window knowing that he wanted to leave and had plenty of cash to replace him plus a couple of others. I like Howe and Newcastle for that matter but they are being run by clowns.

I suspect Newcastle are saying Izak is not moving to keep the price of his replacement down. Once they sell him all other clubs will know they are desperate for a striker and prices will soar. We also will not get him until after we have played them and he will probably be injured and not play until January! We need a CB more than Izak

A) ISak
B) we need both.

Look at the chances today, a more clinical striker and we'd be winning comfortably. Ekitike looks promising, but he's still young and won't have the consistency to lead the line yet.

Nah I hate Adidas because it becomes an Adidas kit instead of a Liverpool kit. The club should be the focus of the shirt not the supplier. Adidas shirts are all about the supplier not the club. I'm a Liverpool fan, not an Adidas fan.

Lots of Citys spending was done pre FFP and by the time it came in even their real revenue had grown massively .
PIF don't seem inclined to pump money into NUFC and are running them within their budget as far as i can see .

Thst seems to be the route.

Someone buys somebody then that clubs comes to lfc with their ill gotten gains and drops unit on us.

Napoli failed to get their cash in time and nunez is now off in Saudi taking 400k a week to retire

Hopefully we can get Guehi now, I know a lot aren't keen on here but I rate him personally, and if you look at it as Quansah out, Guehi in, it strengthens us significantly.
