You moan about stuff on the pitch. Which is fair enough - so do I, just not as much. :)
I don't moan about the owners, or the club's reluctance to splash exorbitant amounts of money about. I won't go down the road of criticising based on rumours spread by journos just looking to fill space.
As I've said before, I've long since given up on reality conforming to my expectations, and there are far more urgent and important things in the world to be genuinely concerned about.
Let's get the season started and see what happens.

I'm similar to you, football stopped being the most important thing in my life when I gave my head a wobble in my mid twenties. Since then football fans seem to be more concerned with financial aspects and the people in the boardroom than the playing staff I think I got out at the right time.

I'm not happy with the transfers at this moment in time but let's just see what happens.

Until we sack Mary from the catering staff and replace her with someone more capable I’ve given up thinking we’ll win anything.

I hate this too.
When I see fans bantering each other using their clubs respective financials, it makes me want to knock them the **** out. ****ing nerds.

Bayern apparently agreed fee for Kane

Chelsea met 20m fee for Adams from Leeds. Proper random transfer that one. Feel like hell go there, play a few games then be sold/loaned out next summer

Can't say I'm happy with them either luv, but it is what it is - and I'm not in a position to know why.
It's easy to jump on the tight-arse owners bandwagon but I think that is simplistic, and without knowing exactly what's going on behind the scenes we're just pandering to our own prejudices.

personally I like the 2 thats come in and think people will love szoboszlai.

I don't buy the 7 out stuff. that includes a kid on loan we never played and firmino.

it's at best 5 and those 5 include ox and keita who were millstones.

so 3 in milner, henderson and fabinho left REALLY and 2 arrived thus far.

let's see what happens as I wanted klopp to have his 3 players (1 cb, 2cms) by start of preseason. we are going in with what we have for first 2 to 3 weeks anyway now and that's v chelsea and Newcastle away.

if we get 5 points from 9 at the start I think that will be good. really good. Two hard away games over.

we had 9 for 6 slots so imo klopps been looking at Elliott and Jones coming in for 2 years there. Henderson and fabinho going have caused him a big issue now but they will have to work on it.

Players have a value mate. That value may be different to seeking and buying clubs, **** happens.

If we think Lavia isn't worth £50m then I'd expect us not to pay it. The club might think Caicedo is better value for money.
