According to Spanish daily AS, Liverpool are putting all the steps in place to take Victor Valdes to Anfield.

    From Twitter.

Would make sense. Freebie to at minimum put pressure on Mig and probably take over number 1 spot for a few years. Obviously fits Rodgers way of playing out from the back as well.

Not sure how good he is from crosses but his shot stopping is up there with the best of them.

If he signs he signs. then we'll all have to see how it goes. Not interested in getting into speculation and arguments about something none of us have any ****ing influence over

Then why are you on the board at all <laugh>

Nothing we say here influences anything, but we all have our say on the game, the formation, how we should play etc <whistle>

    That's true.

I remember us all saying how we'd love to sign Lovren & Lallana for £45m and Balotelli <whistle>

Berahino apparently had another good game against us today then. Looked decent last year and scored quite a few goals for a struggling team. Quick, decent movement, only young and English.

If you're a young English forward, surely we would be a team that would interest you with Sturridge,, Sterling, Henderson, Lallana in the team.

Manager said they wont stand in his way if he wants to move. Not sure how long left on his contract but anything udner £10m could be a good amount. Would certainly fit our forward line more than Lambert/Balotelli.

Him and Origi would provide good quick options next year with Sturridge <ok>

Its certainly worth a look, but these deals are risky. Remember Junior Hoilett.
