Then there was Dick Law and his reply to Ashely's 'which part of him do you want', when old Dick was trying to get Cabaye. <doh>
 
I mean just look ahead to the NLD on Sunday, if things go wrong, and we have to turn to the bench, who the hell is there to change the game? How can a club of Arsenal's size,stature and wealth go into a game like that in such a state?

Whilstbi agree that Gazidis' quotes may well come back to bite him on the arse I think to call us the laughing stock of English football is way over the top.The vast majority of English clubs would give their eye teeth to be in our position's

Which is what makes it worse. Instead of taking advantage of our wealth and current position in the game, we have decided to settle for what we have, instead of trying to move the club forward. We waited for eight years, to get into a position where we can go out and spend some proper money, and when we got the chance (see Gazidis comments), we bottled it. It's the fact that we can but refuse to strengthen is what angers me.
 
Anyway, my final point before heading to sleep is just to say simply point out just how bad our squad is. Its the 29th of August, with five days left in the transfer window, and that is the state of our squad. Just unreal.

I briefly ventured onto twitter, and was astounded at the stupidity of some of our "fans", and the morons who stupefied me the most all had foreign names, and all seemed to think of Wenger as some form of demi-god.

These people support Arsene not Arsenal, to them, 1996-now is Arsenal history. Just because i'm young, doesn't mean i haven't done my research about the past.

Firstly I haven't resorted to insulting you and secondly I don't treat people who you perceive to have a different view to me any differently than anyone else

You need to be very careful if you're going to have a go at fellow Arsenal fans because they have what you call "foreign names"

SO if we question your opinion we're AKBs who don't care about the club? But you're allowed to question their loyalty just fine. This isn't some one way street man. What gives you the right to say their not Arsenal fans? PS, if you've done the research then you'd also know that our Avg. League Position Pre-Wenger was 7.something can't remember the exact decimal but under AW is 2.6. So maybe the guy ahsn't ruined the club at all.

I don't mean it in a racist way, it's just these are the sort of people who go to matches and look lost, the reason the atmosphere at the ground is so ****e is because these people who haven't got a clue. Just really bugs me.


And for proof, look at our away support, always loud, always outsinging the opponents home support.
