Who gives a toss about the average? The league was tougher in those days for starters, back then, people played to win, not have it as a by-product of getting paid insane wages.

Fact is, with our current infrastructure (something we didn't have back then), our average position should be 2nd. We should be challenging every season, not celebrating 4th.

At least they make the effort to go to games.
You will also find most team's away support is more voiciferous than the home support.It may be something to do with the hardcore fans from the away support are all together whilst the hardcore home fans tend to be spread all around the stadium.Don't forget the fans who follow Arsenal away are also at the home games.

1. I didn't consider keepers, as we have 2 first choice keepers, 1 will be fit.
2. I count 11 (as i said, Ramsey and Wilshere are doubts) and i'm sorry, Ryo, Gnabry and Frimpong are not fringe players, and Sanogo is dreadful.

Sanogo is so dreadful he was considered hot topic at the Youth Euros? Ramsey was also dreadful according to you at the beginning of last season and now he's one of our top performers. PS, 35 minutes isn't enough to judge a guy's ability.

Against Galatasary, Fulham and Fenerbahce, Sanogo has looked miles out of his depth. His stats for Ligue 2 Auxerre were ****e, what made Wenger think he'd be worth signing?

I'm not making a wrong colour skin remark, especially when i support the side that has more black players than any other, and my favourite current Arsenal player happens to be black. That would be stupid. It would be like saying "I hated History in school, but i'm a Liverpool fan." It's 2 logically incompatible statements.

I just wish more of the "fans" actually knew why they are at the stadium. Just at least try and join in the chants, nobody will think anything less of you.

No, i dislike Sanogo because he's ****, and not worthy of playing for Arsenal. And i don't see a Ramsey-esque turnaround in performance. Ramsey actually showed some potential in the past, Sanogo couldn't even manage double figures in Ligue 2, which is the strength equivalent of bottom of League 2/top of the Conference.

So AS Monaco are the same standard as a league 2 or Conference team ?
You are saying they are the same standard as Newport or Wrexham <whistle>

You could be in London as a tourist, and just happen to want to watch a game, if a match has gone to general sale, they could just get tickets on the day.

It could also be used as a bragging tool (getting a membership just to go to one match as a red member):

"Hey look Jafar, i went to an Arsenal match."

"Oh, well there's nice Aladdin, how was it?"

"F*ck knows, i didn't understand what was going on"

also, these people are probably getting the offer to upgrade to a Silver member before me, i've been waiting for ages now, and i still haven't been offered an upgrade.
