we've lost the first game, the club is as close to crisis as I can remember, but still there are no decent transfer rumours
Watched Lyon Real Sociedad earlier and liked the look of Gonalons. Not that he looks an exceptional player or anything, but he is a proper captain. He would provide us with some much-required steel. I doubt Agbonlahor would have strolled through the middle against us if he'd been there protecting the back 4.

Arsenal could be set to rival Tottenham for the signature of Romaâs Erik Lamela.
The Italians are prepared to listen to offers for the £30million-rated forward, and Romaâs director of football, Walter Sabatini, jetted into London yesterday for talks with Spurs over a potential deal.
However, Italian reports claim Arsenal also made enquiries into the 21-year-oldâs availability and could be prepared to go head-to-head with their North London neighbours.
Roma are keen to shift either Lamela or Miralem Pjanic off their wage bill this summer, however itâs likely Spurs would hold the key in any negotiations due to Franco Baldiniâs strong relationship with the Serie A side.
Arsenal, though, are desperate to recruit, and should Spurs decide to focus on landing Willian from Anzhi, that could leave the door open for Arsene Wenger to pounce on the highly-rated Lamela.

Unless Arsenal come out and deny this rumour, we will have to believe their clubs president. Something tells me Arsenal were, but the price tag put them off.
