That will feel like a Sunderland win for them being down to 10 for so long and will be confident against Southampton so think they will be fine.

Swansea will win tomorrow our only saving grace is the cup final might be a distraction but doubt it.

Like I said early I can't see us getting the points IMO the games we need to focus on is ours and norwich on sunday they have wba at home.
who ever gets a better result on Sundays stays up, they have man city
Away last day of the season so in theory that's 0 points at a guess.

However much we may not like it, the results tonight and tomorrow could have a massive impact on our survival in this league, not sure if I will be watching the Sunderland/Stoke game tonight, or just wait for the alerts coming in via my iphone, wishing this season was over. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

If Stoke had been mathematically safe I'd accuse them of rolling over on purpose.

Norwich at home to WBA is a tricky one to call, could well be a draw. I think we'll draw with QPR.

I see a scenario on the last day where we would go down if we concede more than Norwich do and Wigan beat Villa.

If Villa lose to Chelsea and we, Norwich and Wigan win then Villa are right in it again. I'd be excited if I wasn't ****ting myself!

We sit 17th, but technically the position doesn't matter. 2 games from now 17th could be as high as 10th! so very close

Watching the Sunday Supplement on Sky this weekend, it seems the press have forgotten about Norwich, the general consensus seemed to be either Sunderland, Wigan, or ourselves would be the third team relegated.
It's definitely going to the wire, perhaps the final game of the season being played at home will give us the edge.

I think we're gone, personally. Cannot see us winning either game. A draw and a heavy loss will seal our fate. A change of direction was needed after the home loss to Reading. I find it particularly galling that dross like Stoke will stay up.

This only highlights how poor pArdew is look since January the host of talent players we have compared to the others in our position
Bet pardew wishes he never told motd 2 we are safe after the Southampton win the bell end

So do I, they are best suited to league 1. Annoying that anti-football throughout the entire season almost always grants you safety in this league. And stoke can't even plead poverty, they've spent a fortune.

If yous pick a point up at qpr then the toon will be safe imo, Norwich will not beat west brom, bookmark this, and they will get battered at man city, I just hope sunderland pick up a point at home to Southampton, we both need a point to be safe

Pardew has played route one all season (badly) our playing style is pants too

0-4 down against Arsenal and then 4-4, I fancy our chances.

I also think Norwich will save both our arses, but we need to get busy with shipping out the cowardly packs of fannies that have left us in this peril.

Seriously, I'd retain maybe 6 of our first team squad if it was my choice, and of those 3, Rose belongs to Spurs, Mignolet will be chased by much bigger boys, and Sess could easily be tempted away.

This season has been a ****ing scandal for us both, I do hope we both survive.

Swansea, they could save our bacon, eggs, chops, the lot tomorrow night.
