Give him a 3 year contract then we can start losing again!
He looks like a merger of accountant, brain surgeon and assassin. It’s the eyes.Yep at 32, his only motivation. Is success surely. Money will follow the success
I thought Quarshie settled into the game nicely, I'd like to see more of him and less of Stephens.Yeah, the strategies of signing proven talents (Azaz & Fellows) and unearthed gems (Scienza & Jander) both look to be paying off.
Quarshie looks a bit crap but is still young, and lets not talk about Downs![]()
Can’t lie, he’s very impressive.
Insane turnaround. Maybe he really is a diamond in the rough.
It’s a very odd situation as it still feels like a gamble appointing someone with such little experience… but if he wins the next couple before the international break as well; then it’s an obvious decision.
Help me, Tonda
Help, help me, Tonda
Help me, Tonda
Help, help me, Tonda
Help me, Tonda
Help, help me, Tonda
Help me, Tonda, yeah
Get him out of my heart

I still think it's a gamble.
But, looking at the results, it's probably a gamble worth taking now.
Well, a bit of luck but Spors clearly made a point of grabbing him from Genoa and bringing him over here to lead the most senior academy group for a reason, even if it wasn’t to immediately lead the first team. Could be another feather in Spors’ cap, let’s seeOK. Give him the job. Arteta didn't have much if any management experience before Arsenal, yes he does have a massive amount as a player, but look what he has done. I think SR have finally found their man by luck.
Is it a gamble though? The players are playing to a high standard, they clearly like him and he's showing how wingbacks should be used. It's a no brainer now for me.I still think it's a gamble.

I'm just astounded by how quickly he's turned things around with the same players. I know players take a bit of time to click but even the difference across the break was clear to see.
Agree in the main. It is a gamble in that he is unproven. He has a very small sample of matches under no pressure, which is very impressive, but how will he fare during a rough patch? How will he fare under pressure?
Of course, any appointment is a gamble, but someone with such little experience especially is.
I just can't fully judge a manager after 4 games. No matter how impressive that sample is.
