Strong rumours of T.H. staying put in London and joining Scott Parker @ Fulham in a revamped midfield.

Agreed. I think any midfield signings will be season loans from our feeder club over in Lancashire. <whistle>

If anything getting Huddlestone would improve our chances of getting better strikers if they see we are getting players of that quality

It was a reply to another tweeter, so you have to go on his profile page and go to this:

Click on 'All', and you can see everything he has tweeted.

Doesnt really give the same statement having those 2 as it does signing Huddleston. I wasnt just on about service to the strikers but quality of the team.

True and getting Huddlestone would be a blow your socks off deal. Well the Allams have said we shall get marquee players so fingers crossed. It would put the likes of Bridcutt-McGugan-Watson-Cattermole to bed for sure IF he did come here.

No it wouldn't. Huddlestone isn't a ball winner he's a holding/passing midfielder type. We still need someone specialist at breaking up play and still fancy it will be Cattermole.

Hey! If we signed Marlon King, Mboyo, Cattermole and Joey Barton we'd walk this league as no one would dare go near us!

We'd beat them up, steal their property, fcuk them and finally (....and worst of all!) stand over them swearing in a scouse accent!!

LMAO ^^^^ this. Meyler can break up play with ease. Huddleston would be a great addition to what we have now. In fact Huddleston and Koren at there best would make us very interesting indeed on matchdays.

Meyler can break up play and give it to Huddlestone to do something with it :). Koren won't get a look in should huddlestone sign I reckon.

Huddlestone would be an amazing signing for us. People talk about a defensive midfielder but Meyler gives us the necessary bite in midfield, what we lack is someone who can pick out a pass. There's only Cairney in our squad who's a proper technician on the ball. Koren's game is more about scoring than creating even though he's a midfielder and Quinn is more about dynamic runs and team play. We need someone who excels at passing the ball.

At least he would get regular football, which he hasn't really had in the last 3 seasons.

Would be one helluva signing if we could get him, sadly I don't expect to hear much from this rumour.
