It’s awful mate the coughing can really take it out of you, hoping it clears quickly and you’re not bed bound again! Not what you want over Xmas when you want to enjoy a good sup

I've tested myself for it because believe it or not I've never had it and our lass has had it 4 times. (I must be an alien). I always seem to get bad colds and flu this time of year.

Its no conspiracy mate, its your opinion and also its like we are starting to see the after effects a few year later.I know loads of lads and lasses that were sporty, played cricket, football etc all have said their recovery time takes longer, all have since admitted that since the "Jabs", they're shot to bits. Seemingly very litte immune system. Little colds they used to shake off now floor them etc.

I've had 4 jabs and that's it for me, as I've said I've never had it so I think I just carry on the way I'm going. Had pneumonia about 7 years ago and I think it's a part of the reason why I get bad colds and flu symptoms this time of year. (Probably not but it's what I believe)

I believed everything that was reported in 2020/21 and got three. I’m a helluva lot more sceptical about it all now.

I've lost about the same so far, which is great timing and leaves plenty of scope to put weight on when we go away in a couple of weeks.

    Every cloud and that :1980_boogie_down:

    I repeat, brown Sudafed.

Sometimes have to go counter and ask for them the strong ass ones. They cleared it in a day.

I'll give out a try. Thought they just helped clear a blocked nose.

Hoping my antibiotics kick in asap. Chest is worse than ever tonight and will end up sleeping sitting up.

Sudafed vs. Sudafed PE: Everything You Need to Know About These Decongestants
    Nathan Williams, PharmD, RYT

    Key takeaways:

Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) and Sudafed PE (phenylephrine) are decongestant medications that treat nasal and sinus congestion.
Sudafed is generally more effective at relieving nasal and sinus congestion than Sudafed PE. But it has more risks.
Sudafed has some purchase restrictions, so it’s only available behind the pharmacy counter. Sudafed PE is readily available over the counter on pharmacy and grocery store shelves.
