Hopefully they stabilise and don't drop too far. The Mrs was around the 19/20 Mark for around 9 years. NYD 2023 they just about gave up, had a siezure, blue lighted to UHND, transferred after 5 days to the Freeman, kidney function down to 7%.
Been on dialysis ever since, which we now do at home.
Bit of a steep learning curve on how to do it, and a bit daunting at first, but we got there. Has it Mon, wed, and Friday, 3 hour sessions.
Hopeful things stay the same but you just don't know. A bit short sighted I know but I can still do my job and get abroad for a holiday as things stand so I'm fortunate.
Really though, I'm full of admiration for you. I get talking to folk at the outpatient clinic who are doing what you are and it's a massive commitment. Just the kidney biopsy (I've had three) is enough to put anyone off.
