Just checked mine (bulb) and £854.45 in credit....and they recommend i put my monthly payment up!!
Currently pay £240, and with government payment of £67 means £307 per month going into account. I submit monthly meter readings, so know exactly what I use each month. 20th October to 20th November, gas and electric, plus vat, came to £169.
They want to put it up to £260.

I imagine more apply for the vacancies, less pressure less stress? These public service strikes. Now everyone has the right to do what they feel is correct. But I'm slightly confused. Caught a paramedic saying the job is getting very stressful (I'd imagine that line of work is), and that's why he voted to strike. But the strike is about pay, so how is pay going to ease the stress?

There's stress in many jobs and the level of stress usually contributes to the value and, therefore, remuneration.
That's why lorry drivers are often paid more to transport hazerdous loads even though the drivng is the same and the load is usually unseeen.
