To make things worse they have shut off the footpath from Park Lane leading to the retirement apartments. You have to walk up a dimly lit Green Terrace which has no footpath.

Little research and apparently no team can have black as a permanent "Home" kit as it was agreed the Referee would always be in black and would clash. from my recollection, DC United and LAFC ware black home kits.

Does not need to be dark either. Last year a 78 yr old man was mugged during the afternoon beside his home which is in the retirment block I live. Broad daylight beside interchange, unbelievable.
Some lads were passing and gave the mugger a clip before handing him to the police.
He was sentenced but only done a few weeks before he was let out on parole.
The poor bloke he mugged now needs a walking stick.
