My daughter and her boyfriend have just moved into a flat together, and today she sent me a text saying she had bought a rabbit, and would send a photo soon.
I was quite relieved to see it was an actual rabbit....

It is mate, thanks the info, I will pass it on.PS
If it's her first house rabbit she needs to be aware they love chewing electrical cables, as we've found out to our cost in the past.
Ooo! Love bit of rabbit, taught my grandkids how to gut and skin them before putting them in the pot. ( sorry Cumbria)It is mate, thanks the info, I will pass it on.
I can't stand rabbit as a food, so would be a waste really.

Don't apologise mate, I love rabbit pie but as we've kept rabbits as long as we've had kids , eldest daughter is 50 next year there's been a definite shortage of them in our household, if I see it on a menu when out I'll dive straight in but that's hardly ever these days, had more chance when we lived in France as they're less fussy about they're eating habitsOoo! Aye, you don’t see that much now, I have a old recipe book with all those in.I once worked in a hotel and one of the things on the menu was Jugged Hare. Absolutely disgusting....even the smell turned my stomach.
