They haven't even built a new Stadium for the final, its in the Luzhniki Stadium, formaly the Central Lenin Stadium, where we win the bastard.
 
Obviously the 30 man squad will make the final 23 man easier to predict ...currently I think it is impossible to guess who his final 23 will be.....not sure even he knows.

So many fringe players who could make the squad....

My Attempt to guess who Southgate will pick, not necessarily my choice (subject to injury changes)
Butland, Pickford, Hart (3)
Walker, Trippier, Stones, Rose, Young, Cahill, Maguire, Smalling, Jones/Gomez (9)
Henderson, Ali, Dier, Lingard, Sterling, Livermore, Wilshire, Lotfus-Cheek (8)
Kane, Vardy, Rashford (3)

Can't see him taking 5 centre halves and Gomez as of today will miss it due to injury. I expect Delph will be in ahead of Livermore. Maybe Bertrand in there somewhere too, but otherwise I reckon you're not far off.

Hasn't Harry been found out second half of the season? Suspect others may be ahead of him now.
