I'd say it was more of a rumour based on the amount of people who were feeding off it on twitter.
The volume of (insert favourite derogatory word here) who were still backing him with statements like "Was he supposed to ask her for ID?" on twitter AFTER he admitted grooming her was unfuckingbelievable!
She may be a slag - not for anyone who does't know her to judge though (and I am in no way vindicating what has been done by Johnson - far far from it) Some 15 year olds are, as you say, impressionable. Others are not - they are manipulative and conceited and willing to do anything to get somewhere. I still reckon this was a case of "he wouldn;t pay up so I'll go to the police" (again, I'm not advocating what was done but I reckon she was hoping for a payoff and he called her bluff - bet he wishes he'd paid her now if that is the case!)
I know a number of 15 year olds that drink in places I go to and are complete slags - more sexual partners than me and I'm 40 and led a very good, play the field life before my second marriage. (Anyone remember Lorri Mattix of David Bowie fame - a 15 year old who used to sleep with famous people - obviously it was different back in the 70's but that doesn;t make it right) or the 15 year old who was chatted up by Gazza and told him how old she was - Gazza asked her Dad for permission and he was delighted and allowed him to go out with her

I don't doubt for a second that there are 15 year olds out there who know all about things I haven't even heard of - and I'm late 40s! However, not every 15 year old who goes to a club or pub is a slag (and I know that's not what you're saying). I think it's also true that not all 15 year olds who try and act older and more experienced necessarily are.
I used to go out drinking in my teens (it was easier then). Our whole group (boys and girls) would do it. We wanted to get drunk and be 'grown up'. I had good parents, but they didn't always know where I was. I would stay at a friends house and he would stay at mine. We would all boast about things we had done, but if the rest of my group was anything like me, then most of them had never happened.

Going from the prosecution statement, which I'm more inclinded to believe since he's already admitted to being a lying ****, it looks like she didn't even want to get him in trouble never mind ask him for money, I bet the poor girl is in bits having idolised this bloke for so long and it having come to this.
....and that is the key. She was trying to protect him. Not the actions of a money grabbing, attention seeking slag. A normal schoolgirl who was taken advantage of by a predatory sex offender. It looks like Johnson has not only lied to Police, but also to Sunderland FC, the fans and his Girlfriend. I wasn't expecting any of this.

He'll get a suspended sentance lads just you watch. He's pleaded guilty to the only charges the CPS has case on clearly. I'm half expecting the remaining charges to be dropped and all the attention focus on the grooming side. Really doubt he'll get jail time.

I think it's circumstantial evidence on the sex charge at this time, unless they have something they are using later on.
