Think my laptop is ****ed....
says i need to turn on the windows security centre service (important) but when I do it says can't be started...
my my norton is saying in protected and run a full scan and all is fine but computer is constantly being attacked and blocked ever couple of minutes by my HP account by looks of it
anyone got got any ideas

Have you turned it off and then back on again?
He should post it up here, record the voicemail to the computer and get it up
