Having real issues drinking my brews at the right temperature for the last few days. I'll make the brew and leave it to cool for a bit, try it, find it too hot so leave it a bit longer. Next time I'll have a sip it's gone on the still warm but too cool side of things. Like flaming goldilocks round here.

On the other hand been cooking some good eggs recently though. Boiled/poached for seven minutes in the water gives a semi-solid/semi-runny yolk which is perfect imo.

First aid course again?? I'd be careful posting like that if it is, they'll get the defibrillators on you to wake you up

Yep, here tomorrow too. No risk of actual first aid activity whilst the tutors still got stories to tell <doh>

Still, getting free food, drinks and not at work so can't really complain.

I'm glad you told me that.

For some quaint reason I re-read this and wondered how you're managing to get a semi-runny yolk after seven minutes?
Are you trying to cook your egg in your lukewarm tea, because after seven minutes in boiling water it should be like a ****ing bullet.:)

Boiled with a runny yolk I would do for about 4 mins. maximum.

Depends on the freshness of the egg and if your putting them into boiling water too
