I can't really see the point of a 10 million bid at this point. So I would cast doubt on this rumour.
Any prospective bidding club will have done their homework and I would assume any new bid would be 'edged' toward the 7 million (plus add-ons) region.
You don't go into a car dealership and pay the sticker price after all.
