Zola hasn't given up on Vydra coming back...be great.

However we would want to be sure the player himself wants to come back and will give 100% etc.

Who was that lad from Everton we were after?

I spoke to a mate of mine who is an avid Evertonian over here in Mexico. He rated the lad and said he is a good box to box young midfileder...

Is this not the first time Vydra has mentioned anything? We all know his agent has been the chief instigator of any unrest. We appear to be prepared for the season without him, though it would be a bonus if we keep him, however unlikely.

Just what would his attitude be if he came back? Somehow I think it might be time to move on.

But exactly how much of his attitude is merely assumption on the part of people who don't really know? I can't recollect anything that he has said, or been reported as having said, on the subject himself - it has all been speculation/rumour by his agent.

Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, so sorry if it has... but see Mourinho has said he will send Chalobah back on loan for another season!

Any chance we could get him back? Would be good for continuity for the lad with our style of play, and getting used to being in the same group of players. The main problem would be if they'd prefer him to have a season in the Prem....

Would love to know why Mourinho was at the Wembley game? perhaps he had heard glowing reports of Chalobah and wanted to see for himself how he handled a big game, i seem to recall some rumour of Vydra and Chelsea but other than that have no logical reason as to why he would attend. Not being disrespectful but a Palarse player is hardly on his radar i would have thought with Man Utd having already taken their man. Anyone recall if Mourinho was at Chelsea when Zola was?

Taken from UdineseBlog.IT

The Algerian, who arrived in retreat Sunday should not stay long in Udine. Cause a department already crowded and tested, the player will play with Watford and not with Granada as initially you could imagine.

He is a 6ft 3 inch defender

Don't think the Pozzos are keen to use the loans we have on Udinese/Granada players though and we have a few defenders ourselves although the more the merrier I guess.

Same blog reports that Geijo is 'required by Rayo Vallecano' and that he wants to play in Madrid.

Can't find anything about a 6'3'' Algerian though....

Could be this fella, Fauzi Ghoulam who is at St. Etienne... apparently going to Torino instead. Who knows? 'tis but a rumour!
