TBH this has the feeling of Saints playing one of the smaller teams in the Championship. I get the feeling a late Arsenal winner is inevitable.
 
Even with no Rodri, Pep would rather start with six defenders than Phillips. Such a weird and unnecessary signing, both at the time and still now.

Bournemouth will clearly be fine this season. Even without Everton's point deduction they'd be fine. They're picking up good results.
 
At last for Villa. I was beginning to think this was going to be one of the best ever 0-0s.
 
Don't often see any team dominate City like that. Could easily have been far more than 1-0.
 
Villa were incredible. I haven't seen City dominated in every department like that for a very long time.
 
Well, I didn’t expect that. Thought Everton were in for another poor season, but never really be concerned with relegation because of Burnley, Sheffield Utd, Luton and whoever else. Sean Dyche seems to have really turned them around. Fair play!
