I don't know what Mings is supposed to have done [to Ibra] but he was interviewed by Radio Solent afterwards and he said absolutely no, he didn't mean to do anything. He did say that he felt that Ibra was looking for him all the match though.
Rooney and Zlatan fell over each other in the Bournemouth area, bringing Mings down completely accidentally. Mings had to leap over Rooney, then Ibrahimovic, and in so doing appeared to stamp on the Swede's head. It looked horrible, but Zlatan wasn't badly hurt.

Hmm... Mings isn't looking where he's putting his feet and perhaps he should have taken slightly more care. Eddie Howe wouldn't have been happy though if, by watching where he put his feet, he'd have taken his eye off the action for a split second. And, in any case, Zlatan has not dealt himself any favours with his actions throughout the game. The camera catches a couple. Apparently there were several more.

I wonder if peoples (not just on here) reactions would have been different had it been Zlatan doing it to a AFCB player...

****ing hell saw the Mings incident before coming to work and it's absolutely disgusting!

He really should get a long ban for that, I mean I know it's not as dirty or scummy but surely that's worthy of a ban of at least what Suarez got for spitting?

Reminded me of Thatcher v Pedro Mendes. Particularly with all the attention on concussion etc. Imagine if he'd badly hurt him.

The Swede starts it, no doubt, but Mings can't be doing that, its dangerous. Hate the way Utd get in the refs ear, and seemingly get the decisions. Zlat bullies players, but saves his best effort for weak minded refs like Friend. He should have been off.

The Zlatan stamp and elbow were both definite. The Mings stamp is too hard to call, Rooney got in his way whilst standing up budging him in mid air. It wasn't an unnatural movement like Zlatans stamp. Could he have landed elsewhere, maybe, but he was off balance, so I'm not so sure.

I don't want to hang the guy out to dry, but he looks as he goes through, Rooney nudges him, but the foot is being planted where ZI head is, and for me, he knows the area the foot will land. He is not going to crunch his skull, but he's going to give him a boot nip. Clever, because it put ZI off his game.
Hope he escapes punishment, because B'mouth need all their defenders at present, but wouldn't be surprised if its looked at.

Shame that if there's an retrospective action, Zlatan should have missed our game.

But with it being rearranged he'll probably be back for it

Rooney is an incredible player. He has eyes in the back of his head, saying he definitely stamped on Zlatan and he knows because he was right next to it..... watch the replay, it happens with Rooney squarely facing the other way :)
