The one saving grace for Arsenal is that they are ahead and they have HT to regroup.

 

Michael Oliver is a shambles. Inconsistent incompetence spoiling what should be a showpiece game yet again

 

Rubbish. Trossard got himself sent off.

 

5-4-0 wasn't defensive enough for Arsenal, who appear to now be 6-3-0

 

I have no problem with City shooting from outside the box. But why is it always the likes of Dias? Surely the likes of Silva and Foden should be the ones hanging around in that area for a shot?

 

How is it only seven minutes added on. As mystifying as the seven minutes added to our game.

This will still be a great result for Arsenal.

 

Phew. What a game. Fair play to Arsenal for holding out so long. Still a brilliant point for them.

 

Real difficult game to referee as well. Probably should have booked Doku for delaying the restart before Trossard's two yellows but he can't complain about his red. Pulled back a City player for the first yellow then booted the ball away for the second.

 

Any thoughts on Haaland chucking the ball at back of Gabriel's head?

I found it funny but it's a bit ****ish and snide really I think.

 

Trossard was stupid not to learn from the Rice incident against Brighton, but Michael Oliver picking and choosing his moment to punish the delay of restart is crap, sorry Tom. All people want is some consistency

Oliver shouldn't be anywhere near City games for my money, given he is taking money to go back and forth to the UAE for private business and effectively 'freelancing' with them

 

Rodri out for the season. ACL. Now that is devastating for City.

 

If it had been last season England might have won a trophy!

 

Mind you, he went off at HT in the final!

 

I'm lumping £50 on Arsenal to win the league before the news is official.

 

Well at least he won't be playing too many games now the poor lamb.
