Tim Farron is not as silly as some think. His policy of arguing for a second referendum will appeal to the 48% far more than Corbyn's policy of tending to his allotment. Mrs May's rhetoric about helping the poor won't fool anyone, especially Labour voters. Stranger things have happened than the Lib-Dems being the main party of opposition after the next General Election.

I don't understand this twittish hatred of the democratically elected President

We had to accept Obama for 8 awful years
Just because he was elected, why do we all have to love him. Clearly you lothed Obama despited being democraticly elected twice. To disagree with the majority vote without being physically assulted is a true sign of democracy

LibDems were finished when they screwed over the entire student population, and younger generations for years to come.

I'd never trust anything that comes out of a LibDems mouth or EVER support them again.

Is politics about to get interesting? Drumpf is going to sort North Korea out onhis own, presumably like Rambo, and the right-wing of the Conservative Party is egging the Prime Minister on to do a Mrs Thatcher over Gibralter, 95% of whom are remoaners.:emoticon-0160-movie

I think South Korea will be having a word with Trump - attacking North Korea will result in lots of dead South Koreans, especially in Seoul.

You can't launch a nuclear strike when there is nothing of your country left.

As soon as they realise they are under attack they will launch whatever they can at South Korea and Japan. North Korea will obviously be obliterated, but it's naive to think that can happen without them launching their own weapons.

I believe that S.Korea & Japan are protected by a US missile shield

The best way to resolve this crisis is for North Korean people to overthrow him before it's too late for them. Easier said than done I know.
