Sorry Strolls but I can’t see how you can say that any definition of a political theory can become “out of date” ?
I’m assuming it was written at the times of Blair and New Labour

Jessop may well have been hurt by the fact that New Labour had abandoned Socialism, and many would agree, but that is not a valid description of Blair - or Starmer for that matter. It's just a misrepresentation employed by the far left as a pejorative.

I would suggest that his paper is very much correct in its writing and stand by my point.
