Harry says that one of the Royal Family speculated in informal conversation about what colour Harry and Meghan's baby would be. A crass comment but said between family members. Now Meghan supporters are calling for that person to be identified and. if on the list to inherit the Crown, removed from it.

Strikes me this is one of the most damaging aspects for Harry. If I was a member of his family, I would never want another conversation with him, in case he took something out of context, and he or Meghan or both went to the media with it. Which of Harry's family will forgive him now?

It's the Meghan show. She has played 2 very clever cards. Sadly this has ruined Harry's relationship with his Brother and the Queen. He played right into the American soap World of Oprah (who is dragging this out with extra clips this week). Good luck with her Harry because Andrew Morton in his book "discussed how Markle was always obsessed with the royal family". Alarm bells.

Yes, but his racism had no effect on the outcome of the vote whatsoever.

Yes, I don't doubt his influence in getting the referendum. What galls me is the pretence that he had little or no influence in the outcome of the vote.

And if I were Harry, I wouldnt want another conversation with that said family member who asked what colour my baby would be!

Hmmm, i just saw a small clip where Merghan mentions that. If it was a joke or a casual comment in passing that would be crass and maybe misinterpreted. She says the person was CONCERNED about the colour of the skin of the baby. That has far more dark undertones to it and if this was the case no wonder they feel like whoever said it was a racist

So many instantly write off and attack when there is suggestions of racism. I’m not saying that that the suggestion should be instantly accepted without any scrutiny, however it’s quite telling with the way certain elements in this nation have reacted.

The problem is we don't know the context. And Harry is mega mega sensitive. It could be "I wonder if your child will have a fair and freckled complexion like you or a darker complexion like Meg." And for that, you say he should never speak to any of his family again?

She essentially said it was not Queeny.
I think we can all guess who it was...some one famous for unfunny and crass remarks about people's racial characteristics....who I would put money on has a least some of the characteristics of Alzheimer's.

This is a very nasty and sordid little interlude and does no one any good on either side..

Harry and Meghan wanted privacy, but they go on the biggest show in US and say all this, including telling us the sex of their new baby.. Privacy?!!!


I really ain't no monarchist..and personally would ask the whole lot of them to go into retirement, please.

But this is just sordid
