Don't let the 67 put you off. It's a very very good course and not that easy. Particularly as it's a public course and relaltively cheap... £20 mid week and the greens are amazing (usually). I haven't swung a golf club since December but am due to book for next Tuesday morning.
course is in good nick at the minute, the 17th might be open as well??
Greens are getting good now as well, just need to do the bunkers and it will be sorted.
Playing there sat and sunday :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Hardest individual sport... hmmm

Not on a physical level, certainly, but with the skill required, what's the other contenders?

Snooker, anybody who's played that knows it's not easy.

Tennis, physically and mentally demanding.

Boxing... well boxing wins then.
I once went up the driving range with a mate.
We belted about 150 balls out there & my arms, shoulders & neck were sore as **** the next day.

Why do golfers feel the need to wear the sackless, checky ****ing pants - them ****ing half mast ones?
I mean, ffs, do they realise how ****ing ridiculous they look?
It looks like something they've grown out of.
I can't work out if they're short longuns or long shortuns. <doh>

Plus, it's a sport for posh, rich bastards.
Oh aye, boring as **** as well.
my mate has them things, plus fours. he wears them in big comps or when we go to private courses :emoticon-0102-bigsm

seen that on you tube, think if you are going to play that course you have to play that hole, would not like to be hit on the head with a golf ball from that height.
Some **** nearly killed my dog one time.
Twat was practicing on the school football field & it came over the fence & hit her on the head.
****er.

Im down with the cool kids. I read qwops link to golf term things.

Birdie or bird as it was originally known is a daft yank term. Same as eagle. But not albatross thats english.

Its cool to be hip.

Yeah the yanks call it a double eagle. ...

Golf Fact:

Last year Tiger Woods earned $600,000 in Golf prize money and $50,000,000 in money from endorsements.

Is this now a thread where we can **** over Comms head with golfing terminology?
thought i had re0lied to this one.
we can really **** with com when we talk about draws, fades, hooks, duck hooks and shanks.
Just when he has mastered them we can go onto nipple lickers and Saddams <laugh><laugh><laugh>
