An important point here about antepost each way betting. Cats you shouldn't be put off by Shergar's info as it is incorrect. If you bet antepost you get the terms offered when you put the bet on, so if it's 123 when you put the bet on you will get paid 123 regardless of number of runners on the day. I can't put links up here as my work internet won't give me access to gambling sites but i have just double-checked on my smartphone and it is very clear. I was interested because i have been thinking about the same sri putra bet as you all week.

Cheers for copying that Nass, wish I had your lack of firewall. Just to add, obviously bookies are aware of this possibility so a lot are going 1/4 1,2 instead for saturday. Skybet, totesport, boylesports, coral and hills are currently going 1/5 1,2,3 and the biggest price sri putra with any of them is totesport 33. Seems a reasonable bet to me.

Reading back through this it does raise a smile that in 1983 Michael Dickinson having the first five home in the Gold Cup is considered one of the greatest training feats of all time yet AOB having the first three home in the Irish Derby sparks a debate of cheating and underhanded tactics. There's no need to go in. Nass has copied the bet365 rules and i have today checked the ladbrokes hills and coral rules and they are the same.

Grundy winning was not part of the plan though!

Cats - personally I'd stick to my giuns and back Sri putra. If you don't and it comes off you'll be livid. If it doesn't then you won't be having to resort to sleeping rough (well depending on how much you gamble i suppose....)

I remember Giants Causeway, I'm sure it was the Juddmote, and the pacemaker looks behind and moves over off the rail to allow his stablemate a clear run up the rails, whilst Kalanisi ends up being forced to go wide round the bend. Giants Causeway won by a nose. The same thing happened in the Irish Champion with the pacemaker moving off the rails to allow Giants Causeway a clear run

Flyingbolt I also remember two of the jockeys allowing Sea The Stars through a gap , could have easily closed it on him but they didn't.
No they allowed Mastercraftsman through the gap, and fortunately STS was so close to, he followed him through
