Deep states are not isolated entities. I prefer to call it the perma-gov anyway, because these people outlast political administrations. (We seen this with long time serving civil servants and the judiciary during Brexit)
This is part of the great reset, the destruction and rebuilding of economies (that no one asked or voted for), not to serve us or make things better tho, and anyone can see, living standards have rapidly declined for many (just look at the crowd funding phenomenon, where we all have to now bail each other out with what little slices have out of the larger pie, for medical bills and just to get ****ing by for many)
The COVID pandemic was one really lucky break for a plan that has been years in the making by all the people you can trust to have YOUR best interests at heart (completely corruptible Politicians and crazed power mad billionaires)
Oh and the new vaccine is supposed to be 90%+ effective at preventing the virus creating the disease.

I agree to an extent, although wouldn't single out philanthropy. I think it's far more open and brazen than that because at the very top, everyone is greasing each other's palm to suit personal interests.
