The post-Morgan era hasn't yet got going. Very early days though. And to be fair, we are missing various players (albeit so were India in the first t20).

Ludicrous from Derby to be bowling multiple overs of spin in the PP at Taunton. I appreciate that this is how they've had success at home - but they're not at home. They're at Taunton, and they're bowling to one of the most destructive opening partnerships in the competition.

Amateurish to not change their tactics.

Well I’m ST Saints & T20 Passport. Seen all the T20 home games & sat around singing Hants supporters & away fans. No animosity, no sniping & if anything, general laughter on both sides & of course spontaneous singing with the music. I always come away from the Bowl, win or lose with a general sense of pleasure. Youngsters playing cricket on the terraces, families, lads being lads but not louts & definitely lots of beer. Ps. Love football but the “terraces” & crowd are miles different. Just my opinion tho. Ps. Visit, highly recommended. The T20 passport cost £99 which works out £14 per game.

That is I feel the difference between football and cricket, American football and even ice hockey in my limited experience. With the latter three, matches are more of an event, more of a spectical. It's not just about the however many minutes of the match, but it's about the whole experience. That's not a vibe I feel from football at all, and any attempts to add a bit of razzmatazz is always greeted with moans about Americanization of the sport. Football fans (some of them) can be very boring and 'conservative' imo.

And you may think that ticket price is cheap, but my ticket cost all of ten pounds. In terms of entertainment for value for money, not many can beat that

Somerset taking pity on them, only 99-1 after 10.

Pull your fingers out boys!

Didnt really get your last comment about the £14 vs £10 cost. T20 is great value for money & at £14 is a steal for 3hrs of pleasurable entertainment regardless who wins.

These deliveries are literally getting worse and worse. Topped off by that one.

This could be the second time that Derby ship 250 in a Blast QF (after we did it to them). Birmingham's only recently made record is under threat.

They are such a poor side, and this was always looked like the easiest QF to call.

82 conceded by McKiernan is a new world record. Not (just) a Blast record, but a world record. 81 was the previous world record (with 77 being the previous Blast record).

Got to feel for the lad, it was poor captaincy to bowl him out.

Horrendous captaincy.

Rilee on strike, looking to hit everything. So lets throw the ball to the spinner who has already be taken down for 0-46 off 3... Shocking captaincy throughout.

Twas just a bit of harmless bragging that my ticket was even cheaper. Probably didn't come across clearly. Regardless, 10 or 14 is still good value either way.
