Ex-LNWR 1P 2-4-2T No 6657 is seen standing cold inside Nuneaton shed on Saturday 10th April 1937. Built as LNWR No 2133 in September 1893 by Crewe works it was renumbered by the LMS as No 6657 in December 1927 which it carried until February 1946 when it was withdrawn from 7D Rhyl shed.
Locomotives: SP 6665(GP35) The locomotives on Southern Railway No. 194, running today as Extra SP 6665 North, were stopped on the Gentilly Boulevard (U.S. 90) underpass as the train prepared to head out of New Orleans. This was the run-through train from Houston to Birmingham via the SP-SOU, and the train was stopped while crews changing on SP caboose 4402 back at Oliver Junction.
