Ex-LNWR 0-6-2T ‘Coal Tank’ No 7577 stands outside Longsight shed during July 1937.
Built as LNWR No 119 in September 1881, it was withdrawn from service in January 1939, but as it wasn’t scrapped immediately it was reinstated in 1940 before finally being withdrawn in February 1946.
It gained its first LMS number (7577) in June 1928
