D7598 arrives at Horwich Works at the end of the short branch from Blackrod Junction with the Wigan Springs Branch depot Breakdown/Re-Railing Train, an exhibit for the Horwich Works Open Day on August 16th 1980. The tracks are now lifted and the area concreted over for storage of lorry trailers, as part of an Industrial Estate.
Southern Railway WP class 4-6-2 no.7607 departs Quilon for Trivandrum on 26 December 1978. Built by the Canadian Locomotive Company, Ontario in 1956. (Reprocessed and upsized - March 2016)
