I'm not a big fan of red wine stock,could you just use beef stock or something else? I'd quite like to try and make that
You can put any stock in with a casserole, Ric - I think a good chicken stock goes well with sausages.

Well that was different, I was in Heron's earlier and at the till was asked if I'd like to try some harissa chicken porridge (smokey chicken with red bell peppers), at 29p a tub.
I had it for dinner, not too bad but once is enough.
