I had some smoked cheese last night, quite nice, a bit like a large Babybel rolled in paprika.
My favourite cheese is Casu Marzu.

Not found a cheese anywhere in the world I don't like either. Some really strong stuff in Norway almost managed it, but didn't.
Goats, Sheeps, Cow, Buffalo, its all good.
Preference is for it melted, and my faves are strong, nutty cheddars, followed by good old red leicester (especially melted).
Not sure where our current selection came from, I suspect Aldi, maybe Tesco. The 5 county one though, yeah, good idea that, slices well, fits on a cracker perfectly.
