So, 12 apparently unbreakable rules for a Full English. Hard to argue with most. I especially like No. 2, as a Partridge fan.

Sausages - naturally. Square sausage if in Scotland.
Bacon - I actually don't mind cremated bacon, provided it's the streaky one and not the other kind - I once had a friend who did his in the microwave. We no longer speak.
Eggs - quite partial to scrambled, but fried with a semi-runny yolk.
Mushrooms - five a day an' that.
Black Pudding - obviously
Hash Browns - not a fan of potato for breakfast. What is this, Ireland? I give them to the wife.
Tomatoes - Nah, mushrooms provide veg.
Fried Bread - as a treat. Not a big toast lover. French toast I like, with bacon. It's a bit puffy but it tastes great.
As it says in the article, HP or Red, never mayo. If anybody ever puts mayo on breakfast, they need a swift reprimand. Like a hot grill to the face.
On our anniversary I make bacon pancakes, essentially fluffy thick pancakes with bacon in them, served with maple syrup and skewered with bacon. Thank you Adventure Time. On my wedding day a few weeks ago I had steak (rare) and eggs for breakfast, lovely.
Oh, and **** the continental.
