All I can say is God help Allam Marine when the old man's gone, Ehab will **** that up as he has Hull City.
Do you really believe anyone thought it would end any differently Fez? We had to play to their whims. At each step, it shows them up for the idiots they are. Tell us what you think they have gained from these ballots.

We would like to thank all supporters who have taken the time to have their say in how we should move forward with ticketing for the Club.
Get out your holiday wear, it could be YOU who is our grand prize winner of the 5* luxury holiday to Portugal for 4 people!!! We will be being contacting the lucky winner of this prize and for the other prizes this week, so keep an eye on your email and phone! Best of luck!!!!
Sadly, despite the above incentives to encourage supporters to have their say, only a small proportion of the voter pool voted.
Due to this considerably low response to the vote it is still particularly unclear as to whether the overall majority opinion of fans has been put forward, and as a Club we have a responsibility to represent and consider the wider fan base.
Subsequently, the Club has now decided to liaise with the Football Supporters' Federation (FSF), with a view to understanding their factual insights in order to help us be able to move forward with making this decision in an informed manner.
IMPORTANT: While these conversations take place with the FSF over the coming weeks and months, the Club will continue with the current ticketing model and so Members should hold onto their existing membership cards for the foreseeable future with a view for the Club to issue new cards once a model has been agreed upon. If supporters have any queries with regards to keeping their current membership cards, please call the Sales Centre on 01482 358418 and we will happily discuss options with you.

Following the launch of the first vote and ticket model presented, we had substantial resistance from the Committee members including the Senior Tigers and Hull City Supporters’ Trust (HSCT). That, coupled with the significantly low turnout to the vote, despite the vote being extended, led to the conclusion that it wasn’t the right thing to do to introduce the first model.
Instead, we took the feedback on board from the Committee and supporters and presented another model, reverting back to our 2015/2016 concessionary pricing structure, this model we believe was the model presented by the HCST, albeit it with Club set pricing points (which reverted back to 15/16 pricing).
This second model, despite the feedback taken on board from the Supporters’ Committee, once again had a low turnout with the HCST calling for a ‘boycott of the vote’ (disappointingly, and we fear now rather unconstructively, given there was an option to vote against the model). From a Club point of view, and in the interest of fairness we were hoping to have a clear indication of ‘yes’ and ‘no’ votes which would have been undisputable, instead a low vote count left things ambiguous as to what the majority of fans wanted.
Subsequently, as it currently stands, the second model will also not be implemented for next season. Instead, as mentioned above, we are now open to discussions with the FSF to understand their football supporter base findings.
We felt it imperative to consult fans throughout the process so as to represent all supporters, not just those who are the loud minority, so our decisions can be based on fact and wider opinion.
We appreciate that not having a clear direction on next season’s ticketing model is not ideal at this late stage. However, we want to ensure the correct ticketing model is implemented. We will endeavour to update you all on this process via the Club website in the coming weeks and months.

Club Branding
Some supporters may have noticed we have now changed our name back to Hull City on all social media platforms and have started to use Hull City on the Big Screens, PA system and the LEDs in the stadium.
The Club website is also in the process of being changed with other properties being updated throughout the coming months. ‘The Tigers’, our team nickname, will still be used to refer to the Club in conversational terms. [HASHTAG]#UTT[/HASHTAG]
Crest Redesign
This process has been slightly delayed because of the ticket model vote. We didn’t feel it would be effective to have two hugely important processes to be live with supporters at the same time. We hope you’ll forgive this very slight delay, the decision was made with good intentions.
The process of the crest redesign will be fan led – and an incredible amount of work has gone into the planning to ensure the smooth running of the entire process. We are committed to making this a crest you are all proud to stand behind.
This process will be happening throughout the summer primarily in the public domain and then also parts will be done with a fan voted panel. The final crest will then be revealed early next year, with a view to it being included on our 2019/20 playing kit. (Please note: The deadline for the 2018/19 playing kit was at the end of last year FYI).
We’re incredibly excited to begin this process with you all. Next Friday we’ll be revealing the wider process to you. Keep your eyes peeled for this news…

Having had time to consider this, here’s my view
Positives - The letter was signed ‘Hull City’
Negatives - Everything else
They really are poisonous ****ers Fez, I hear what you're saying, I also heard and understood it when you first said it, however I'd never blame Geoff and the Trust for trying. At least said poisonous ****ers can't say that the Trust didn't try. Yes it's all some sort of sick game with the Allam's but unfortunately, at the moment, most of the balls are in their court (pardon the pun), but this won't always be so.
Good or bad, owners come and go, as do players and managers, hopefully it really grates on the Allam's that, no matter what, the only permanent in any club is its fans, the ones that they appear intent to piss off, we'll all be here long after the old man is in the ground, and after his poisonous son has been ****ed up by someone that he's ****ed off, as we all know karma is a wonderful thing.
All of this is a long drawn out game, I'm playing, even though I'm boycotting, at some stage I'll be back, at some stage they'll be gone, and at some other stage they'll get well and truly shafted.
It’s telling that she sees it as a ‘name change’ isn’t it!!!I got an email from Vicky Beercock last night, still claiming that going forward 'the name change is happening on all channels'. We'll see.
I got a ****ing birthday card from Hull Tigers last week (slightly early but thought that counts). I think an offer of discount at Tigers shop accompanied it, but I didn't keep it long enough to recall now. It’s telling that she sees it as a ‘name change’ isn’t it!!!
For what it’s worth I think the use of the correct (almost) name is something of a ‘win’ for the Trust. I do think they’ll get to a point when it’s used more normally, but I still think they’ll string it out as long as they can and they’ll still use it as little as possible in communications.
Still worth the effort though.
Do they have mailing lists?I got a ****ing birthday card from Hull Tigers last week (slightly early but thought that counts). I think an offer of discount at Tigers shop accompanied it, but I didn't keep it long enough to recall now.
Yes, of course there were those who thought it would end differently, it's simply a case of how far back in time you look; maybe a year or less would find them. I can rècall, only too well, being lectured on the need for dialogue and, later on, the disgrace of not using your vote. I asked one simple question - what will it achieve?
You say, 'We had to play to their whims'. I said we didn't, then, and we dont have to now (although that has been learnt by some). Playing to their whims was the wrong tactic; it gave them control, which they used to set their own timetable, agenda and the level of humiliation on their hated supporter base. What did supporters gain? Nothing, just false hope and growing apathy - we already knew, without any further steps, 'the idiots they are'.
What have they gained?
Control - what control does the Trust or any supporter group have?
Superiority - in their eyes they have achieved their immediate plan and stopped the supporter groups from achieving anything. (Lets be clear; the branding was a pawn they had already lost, they lost nothing further, but gained satisfaction from the hoops they have made supporters jump through.)
Time - to take back their money; running the club into the ground is a happy consequence of that.
Proving a point - nobody tells them how to run their business.
I'll tell you what, Askew, you tell me what the support has gained.
Don't know. I thought I was on their naughty list. I'm clearly not on the ballot invitation mailing list. I haven't bought anything from the shop for years or even match day tickets as someone else would always get them.Do they have mailing lists?
Maybe I’ve ticked/unticked something because I never get anything from the club either by email or birthday card.
I’m lucky
But after the last parachute payment, that will change. I think they'll want rid then as they would be almost certainly losing money.they don't give a **** if they lose fans - it just means they get less income and so they spend less on the team and so the downward spiral continues - of course it will all be the fans fault for showing no interest and not voting and not attending - of course they tried, of course they showed what it could be like but the fans were just not interested in what they were trying to do
But after the last parachute payment, that will change. I think they'll want rid then as they would be almost certainly losing money.
Small beer I know, but we do seem to have gained the using of our club nameSadly we haven't gained anything tangible as we are watching the football club we love getting run into the ground and lets face it, we are powerless do anything about. So any gains The Trust made from playing along with their charade were actually minor.
However it has exposed to many not as astute as you that the 'wanting to work with the supporters and give them a voice' was bollocks. Had we closed the door, then the Allams would claim they tried. They can't do that now. And that exposure is not just to City fans but to the wider audience, Football supporters federations, EPL (can they withhold parachute payments?) and the FA. Will that make a tangible difference? Probably not.
It will damage their business reputation which they don't seem bothered about, but at some point has to have an impact, either on the wealth they can cream from the club or other and future business activities.
So I can't describe these as tangible gains in terms of to the benefit of Hull City Football club, but
Also from the botched ballots, they will have lost a lot of members, which again they don't seem bothered about. I am coming to the conclusion that as soon as the parachute payments cease they will start haemorrhaging money and with less members, it will be at a faster rate and therefore hasten their departure. Which has got me wondering whether by hanging onto our membership, we are supporting them staying.
We probably will have to agree to disagree on this Fez. Apart from the very occasional moment of motivation, I have got really bored debating when we aren't going to change each other's minds. But feel free to have the last word as I am unlikely to respond.
Ah...the shorter business names are the best....Rather surprisingly, I've just had confirmation of my direct debit cancellation, from Hull City AFC Tigers Ltd.![]()
I missed none of it OLM, and just about every word is about the Allam's playing the blame game, on this occasion with the fans, and clearly it's all utter bollocks.I missed this yesterday, it does say the website is changing (though it also claims all social media platforms have been changed already, but the Academy twitter account is still Hull Tigers Academy)...
