And I pointed out an idiotic statement from your mate. You don't make the rules about what can and cannot be used in an argument. You always try control the narrative and dismiss other people's viewpoint, I'm merely trying to level the playing field.
You seem to making the rule that your mate can go back so far making ridiculous comparisons but others can’t.
Yes, only little ol’ me tries to control the narrative and dismiss other people’s viewpoint. None of your clique do. Oh, no…

Considering this is only about my 3rd post on this thread how am I making rules. All I have done is point out your refusal to accept others viewpoints, I've not validated the viewpoint of anyone who you think is my mate. Keep digging but at some point you need to accept you have a certain (prejudiced) viewpoint and you refuse to accept any reasonable opposition to your views

Just like a lot of others on here. Flattering that you always hone in on me though.

Please give examples, but I get to chose if they are valid
I can think of a number who are not open to other’s viewpoints. They tend to like the same posts as you.
Edelman is one I have no problems with, he puts things across well without recourse to being abusive,

Stop it with these ridiculous comparisons. The original point was large scale shoplifting organised on TikTok. You seem obsessed with skin colour.
Surprised you haven’t mentioned footpads and highwaymen (all white) in the 16th and 17th centuries.
Them Zulus were rough bastards.

So you can't actually name any? Do you really dare accuse others of being abusive when there are numerous posts where you've called people offensive names? I probably can't claim I've never resorted to that, but you often hit the gutter level when people best you in an argument

Writes the person who once called me a racist nonce. Stop being a daft pratt.

That's a strange claim Jim. As recently as 1995 only 7% of the population of this country actually owned a mobile. Don't think many were pinched in those days? Mine was the size of a house brick, and that would have took some snatching. Before the invention of the mobile phone the only phone 'thefts' I can remember wasn't theft as all it was an act of vandalism when idiots cut the cable of the handset in a public telephone box, which was as common as another idiot using the booth as a public toilet. Cannot remember many phone boxes being stolen? Also anyone wealthy enough to have their own private phone in their house in the 50's was renting it from a telephone company. Don't remember a black market for them either?
Or have I just been whooshed?
Whooshed mate. I was taking the pee out of the previous comparisons of what happened two days ago to the 70s and 80s which were obviously nothing like the social media organised gang theft witnessed 2 days ago in Clapham.

The glaring difference is that whatever people claim was going on in the 80s nobody, including myself, was scared to walk the streets, either as an adult or a child. They cannot be claimed now by many people in many areas.
