It's probably fair to say it was a load of black kids, because it was in this instance,a load of black kids, why are they being defended and the issue being deflected as if it's some sort of normal behaviour?Nobody was saying it's only' black kids but I haven't seen any examples of any white kids doing the same.If I did I'd be equally appalled at them running around like ****ing pack animals.Mass disorder with violence and looting of shops has occurred many times in the UK. You and others seem to think it's only black kids/immigrants that do it. That's why you're accused of racism.
I’d forgotten or don’t remember OJ in itCapricorn 1. OJ Simpson et al
Yeah OJ wasn’t somewhere else later in life too.I’d forgotten or don’t remember OJ in it
Remember it was Elliot Gould in it
They've thrown £4.5m at having a clampdown this year, between mid Jan and Feb, 770 phones were recovered and 248 people arrested.Another stat from today's phone in (how apt).
And I know it's a stat from a year or more ago.
1 phone reported stolen in London every 6 minutes. That's just 'reported' thefts. Imagine what the real number is!!
Less than 2% recovered of those reported.
Twas ever the same, right through the 60's, 70's ..... oh hang on![]()
I'm not excusing it and can't see in my posts where I have. The original implication was that it's a relatively new thing involving black kids. If looting happened during ww2, then it's not likely the preserve of black kids. I wouldn't be proud if my children were involved - sadly many of the children involved won't have functioning family lives. It's probably fair to say it was a load of black kids, because it was in this instance,a load of black kids, why are they being defended and the issue being deflected as if it's some sort of normal behaviour?Nobody was saying it's only' black kids but I haven't seen any examples of any white kids doing the same.If I did I'd be equally appalled at them running around like ****ing pack animals.
I fail to see why your discussing war time Britain looters as some sort of excuse for the feral little ****ers. Are you condoning it and/or would you be proud of one of them was yours.
You admit yourself that you don't live in the UK and you visit once a year 'if you can'.How can you possibly pass judgement and excuse what's going on in our Cities when most of us walk the pavements in them, though some wear blinkers and see sweet **** all?
Oh yeah seen it crack pot conspiracy nonsenseCapricorn 1. OJ Simpson et al
OJ later proved he wasn't it, his spacesuit was too small.I’d forgotten or don’t remember OJ in it

Good that some action is being taken. They've thrown £4.5m at having a clampdown this year, between mid Jan and Feb, 770 phones were recovered and 248 people arrested.
What you thinkingGood that some action is being taken.
Bad that there goes another £4.5 million on something that shouldn't be happening in the 1st place.
What a bizarre claim to make.... The only thing that I am passing judgement on is that there is an obsession amongst some elderly posters to blame multiculturalism/immigrants for all that is wrong in the UK ...
Blackpool, Christmas 1968 or maybe 1969, Blackpool v Hull City game cancelled as blanket fog engulfed the seaside town. A jewellers shop is looted on the promenade, reports said people were helping themselves from the broken windows and disappearing into the fog...., big news at the time and a lot of stuff was robbed. Who do you think got the blame? Hull City fans, one coach of them who just happened to parked up in the vicinity. No evidence, but that didn't matter in those days, it must have been them, and many were charged. That really happened unlike the Turin gold bullion robbery.1969 - British football fans rioted and looted £5 million of gold in Turin, escaping in minis.
In the 60's the pesky local kids used to stick chewing gum up the chute of the box where any unused money was returned to you in public telephone boxes, so I'm told. This was serious because in the area where I lived there was as many as two public phone boxes, back to back, to cater for several streets of multi occupied houses and flats. The younger ones may find this hard to believe but not everyone had a phone in those days. We somehow got through life without one.Another stat from today's phone in (how apt).
And I know it's a stat from a year or more ago.
