There's me thinking logically and assuming that if you didn't turn up for work you didn't get paid
. Footballs a joke!

. Footballs a joke!Surely they are recommitting the offence multiple times so can be fined for each offencCan’t fine them continually for the one original offence. As they get paid weekly , each week should be an offence. But as has been said , this is footballers law , note? any type of employment law

Bri, Stewart Donald said in one of his tweets that we were not paying them but we would hold their registration because of the money we still owe on them. He repeated it on the RR podcast and added that it was in the hands of our lawyers. The way he said it, I took it to mean they were trying to recover the money that we still owe on them to the clubs we bought them from.If we don't pay them we're in breach of contract and they can apply to fifa to be released. If they haven't turned up yet we can apply already to fifa to have them released. Given we haven't done that I can only assume we still owe **** loads on them so we're holding out fo fees in the coming windows.
After seeing this comment, I went searching...Bri, Stewart Donald said in one of his tweets that we were not paying them but we would hold their registration because of the money we still owe on them. Our owners have said from day one... We can afford to keep ONE of our high earners. So... If we manage to off load them all... I'm hoping we can afford to keep Oviedo!
Yeah he’s the key. So next level to where we are. Cattermole has looked good at this level too so far. But Oviedo is the diamondOur owners have said from day one... We can afford to keep ONE of our high earners. So... If we manage to off load them all... I'm hoping we can afford to keep Oviedo!
You would have thought that their agent's would be advising them of the potential negative consequences of their actions. Being willfully absent from the Club is an extremely poor advertisement of their attitude to the game, as well as being disrespectful to the fans; who would want them with that record?
Hopefully their money will drain away, with no reputable club touching them with a barge-pole; it would be a travesty if they get away with this. fek 'em, the greedy barstewards. KTF

YehhhI think a lot of these agents became agents because of the money they could make for themselves, not for the welfare of the player, or their knowledge of football
I suppose it’s the difference between “fining them for ill discipline “ and”not paying them as they aren’t fulfilling contractual duties”The PFA told Mahrez he wouldn't be paid when he went awol at Leicester.
