    When i bought the N64 it rocked! already having left school in 1989 the 90's was the era of me working, playing Goldeneye, my own place :emoticon-0116-evilg

    It still rocks! Those games were pure quality with much more "soul". The fact that I couldnt care less about the graphics when I was 6-7 has probably something to do with this though ;)

    Come on people! Surely the Bluetones deserve a mention! I hate to say it but the Stone Roses did all their good stuff in 1989....

    This is a bit off-topic but I agree 100%.

    Todays games industry is on its arse. A victim of its own success, its all about money now and not quality. The sad thing is that I know 100's of computer science graduates who have amazing talent and ideas but can't get into games development becuase the industry is already full of dinosaurs.

    Instead we are stuck designing systems for the Fire Department.

    The films from the 90's were the best! Big Daddy, TNMT and pokemon to name a few ;)
