Fettis or Mussie are certainly possible.

Maybe, but it's Dawson's money and his decision.

It's not even paid to him by the club, it's just the money made from all the events and the match itself (although the club obviously has to allow that).

Actually yeah I saw you mention that the other day. I'd not heard about it until then. We'll have to wait and see.

Does anyone know if Elliott is still in Hull? I know he became the official archbishop of Hull or something (and I know that isn't the real title! <nahnah>) but I'm sure I remember hearing something about him moving back to Belfast not long after?

I may have missed if already confirmed, but you would think Michael Dawson would be involved as well wouldn't you?

I hadn't realised that it was just a five-a-side. Hoped that we could have done a bit better than that but hey!

Didn't Elliott start playing for a team in Ireland? Hopefully he won't be playing for them because really he needs to be there.

Indeed he did. He went back to play for Glentoran and after making only 7 appearances and scoring 1 goal, he got released.

Good stuff. Did I suggest Joseph earlier on in the thread? I know I considered it. I also wondered about Forrester but I know I didn't post that.

    So we've got:

    ???
    ??? Joseph Whittle Dawson
    Price Ashbee Green Pedersen
    Burgess Allsopp

    ???
    ??? ??? ??? ???
    ??? Melton Mann ???
    Windass ???

Still need a few more confirming! Who played RB for most of the 03/04 season? I know we signed Thelwell but he hardly played did he? Was it Hinds? If we could get Myhill and Elliott that'd be almost the entire team from that season.

So is this just a five-a-side thing or a full 11-a-side? I'm assuming it won't be the full 90 either or am I wrong with that? All the website says is a legends game at 1.30pm!

    It'll probably be more like a Master's game, 60 minutes on a 2/3 pitch.

I doubt they'll play any more than twenty minutes each way.
