At least we can trendily 'recycle', the old **** off Terry D song, '**** of Grant McC you took us to division 3, you're a **** football manger and only one idea'

The B word is considered offensive to many these days, Quill.

Follically challenged is acceptable.

Or negatively hirsute.

Shiny bonce.

Hair today? Gone tomorrow.

All acceptable.

But not the B word.

Slaphead?

Slaphead is probably ok.

With accompanying gestures.
I am one of those hirsutically challenged individuals. Worryingly, a study from the States claimed that 75% of the female population would never consider dating a bald man...the shiny pate just doesn't do it for them apparently. Neither does the brylcreamed comb over. I ask myself, then, what did Yul Brynner offer that gave him a clear advantage over Krusty The Clown? One of the world's great mysteries. Anyway, I went the full Telly Savalas and am proud to describe myself as an eggshell blonde.

Is that bald lives matter...?

I'm sure it's true that he has a limited budget to work with, but is it so limited that we can't lay a finger on Charlton? Or Barnsley? Or Huddersfield? We're not just losing, we're being absolutely battered by every half-decent team and comfortably kept at arms length by the poor teams. I don't believe that Charlton's squad is so much better than ours as today's performance suggested. But they are clearly far better drilled, better organised and play with more belief.

Apparently "Telly'd" , or "Kojak'd" are acceptable PC descriptors . I prefer "Theo'd", less brutal.

Edit: Apologies Ullofaman, I responded before I'd drilled down & read your post.

And McCann seems incapable of achieving even that. A manager clearly out of his depth, should have gone months ago. We're ****ed.

Has a manager been kept on after such turgid form?

Hate to say it but offer Warnock money to keep us up.

"So Grant, after that post match assessment, don't you think that you are delusional? All the fans think so."

"Not at all - the fans are the ones need grounding - they need to understand that we are unlikely to make the playoffs now."

Lots of names will be banded about but I don’t see Warnock leaving his leafy liar down south to work with yet another Virus in Hull. Twelve months ago I mentioned Mark Robins as a replacement for Nigel Atkins which was met with tumbleweed....sure enough we could well be stopping places with the Sky Blues now.

Funny old game...
